Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in plain text.

Files you upload. When you use the tools, we store the images and artwork you upload so the Service can process them and so you can access your history. Free-tier uploads are automatically deleted after a limited period; paid uploads are retained while your account is active.

Usage and activity data. We log actions you take in the Service (for example, which tools you use and when), along with your IP address, to operate the Service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and improve our tools.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. We store a customer identifier and your current plan so we can manage your subscription.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may include device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and process your artwork
• Manage your account, subscription, and usage limits
• Send you service-related and transactional emails, such as a welcome message, a receipt, a payment reminder, or a reply to your support request

• Understand and improve how the Service is used

To provide the Service, we share limited data with trusted providers that act on our behalf. Your uploaded images may be sent to image-processing providers only to perform the specific task you request (for example, background removal or upscaling), and are not used by us to train models.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Free-tier uploads are removed automatically after a limited period. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, for tax or legal purposes).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate the Service from, and store data in, facilities that may be located in different countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in a country other than your own.
