Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep all ownership of the images, artwork, and files you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy to perform tasks you request. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for copies kept as required by law or held in routine backups for a limited time.

You represent that you own Your Content or have the rights needed to upload and process it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or create content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
• Upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content
• Break the law or help anyone else do so
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted (for example, through our documented API within its limits)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and the DTFWiz name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our permission. Output you create from Your Content using the tools is yours to use, subject to these Terms.

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you choose.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it does not renew after that. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

We may change our prices or plans. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you notice, and the new price will apply to your next billing period.

Plans include limits, such as the number of images you can process each month. We may enforce these limits and may adjust them over time. We may also apply reasonable safeguards to protect the Service from abuse.

The Service helps prepare artwork for DTF printing, including automated and AI-assisted tools. Results depend on your source files and settings, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or that any file will print perfectly. You are responsible for reviewing the final file before printing. We are not responsible for wasted materials, transfers, or print runs.

The Service relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or content of those providers, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTFWiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold DTFWiz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
