Every file is a transparent 300 DPI PNG at its exact print size. The zip includes roster.csv so each transfer can be matched to its shirt. Free account required to download. Need a fade?
Team orders are some of the best jobs a DTF shop gets, and the most tedious to set up: twenty names typed one by one, twenty numbers resized by hand, youth shirts that need smaller lettering, then everything arranged on a gang sheet without a single typo. This tool does all of it from the roster the coach already sent you.
Paste lines, a spreadsheet column or a CSV. Name, number and size are picked out in any order, and anything unreadable is flagged.
Every number is exactly the height you set, names shrink to fit the back, and youth shirts get youth sizes automatically.
All pieces packed tightly on your roll width, split across sheets when they run past your maximum length.
The zip ships with roster.csv, so every transfer can be matched to the right player and shirt size at the press.
| Placement | Adult | Youth |
|---|---|---|
| Back number (height) | 8" | 6" |
| Back name (letter height) | 2 to 2.5" | 1.5 to 2" |
| Front number (height) | 4" | 3" |
| Sleeve or shorts number | 3" | 2.5" |
| Name bar (max width) | 11" | 9" |
Placement tip: the name usually sits about 3 to 4 inches below the collar, with the number half an inch to an inch under it. Leagues and schools sometimes have their own rules, so check before a big order. You can change every size in the tool.
Need one-off text instead of a roster? The Text Designer makes a single print-ready word or phrase. Building a sheet from other artwork? Use the Gang Sheet Builder.
One player per line with the name, number and shirt size in any order: "SMITH 23 L", "23 Smith YL" and "Smith, 23, M" all work. You can also paste straight from a spreadsheet or a CSV with Name, Number and Size columns. Add "x2" to a line when a player needs two shirts. Lines the tool cannot read are listed so nothing gets silently dropped.
The standard for adult shirts is an 8 inch back number with 2 to 2.5 inch name letters, a 4 inch front number and a 3 inch sleeve number. Youth shirts usually take a 6 inch back number and 2 inch letters. These are the defaults, and you can change any of them under Print sizes. Long names are automatically scaled down so they never run wider than the back (11 inches adult, 9 inches youth).
Any player with a youth size (YXS, YS, YM, YL or YXL, or "youth M") automatically gets youth-size lettering, so one roster can mix both. Players with no size get adult lettering.
Either finished gang sheets (every name and number packed tightly onto a 22 inch or narrower roll, split into several sheets if they exceed your maximum length) or a zip with one transparent 300 DPI PNG per piece. The zip also contains roster.csv, a packing list that says which files belong to which player and size, so matching transfers to shirts is quick.
Yes. Add your front design as a transparent PNG and set its width. It is added to the gang sheet once for every shirt on the roster, including players who need more than one.
The names and numbers are drawn from real fonts at the exact print size, the same way a design app exports text. Nothing is enlarged from a small image, so edges stay crisp on the shirt.
Building and previewing the roster is free with no account. Downloading the files or gang sheets needs a free DTFWiz account, and it does not use any of your monthly image allowance.
